A rear land locked garden plot in need of a sensitive garden studio

This backland setting was enclosed by gardens on all side. The introduction of a dwelling here could as a result be harmful to the neighbouring amenity space if not sensitively designed - hence in general policy resits these types of sites. The design developed in response to these constraints succesfflty showed that a dwelling designed as a low lying garden 'studio' could be introduced without negative harm.
