An unused industrial site repurposed for 11 houses

Bowerls Yard was left redundant and unused for many years. The tight site had several restrictions and constraints making for a challenging development. The scheme developed successfully acheived 11 new houses through the introduction of a new adopted road. The houses themselves were kept simple and restrained given the immediate context to ensure planning was achieved quickly and smoothly.
