A modern interpretation of the typical victorian terrace

Permission has been suceafully granted for a new dwelling on the end of an existing vicotiran terrace. To maximise the floor area avibile th form and massing of the terrace was continued, but to give a modern identity to the scheme the fenestration takes a playful contemporary approach to the typical Victorian windows. This combined with the soft material pallet creates a unique dwelling that is still comfortably set within its context. A view agreed on by the planners.
