Outline permission granted for 5 houses on an extremely sensitive site

Following the approval of IWA's single house on the site outline permission was granted for 5 houses through the introduction of a wider shared private access. As with the single house approval the scheme had to ensure the heritage value of the conservation area and grade two listed Warmly house were preserved, as well as showing the access could accommodate the proposed units.
