A new loft floor created on a mixed use scheme

Permission was successfully granted for change of use of the 1st and 2nd floor of this building from offices to residential. Whilst this alone could have sufficed for the client, on our reccomedation we also gained permission for an additional story to be added within a new roof form - further maximising the potential of the site.
