Under Class Q of the 2015 general permitted development order this barn was successful converted into a contemporary and impressive dwelling. Clad in charged timber it would reflect the natural surroundings whilst also creating a modern home. The front elevation glazing made the most of the vast views of the north devon countryside befitting such a unique dwelling.
